Since May of 2008, Lisa Burris, the founder of "The Batch" has been serving ministries in the United States and missions around the world through her ministry of baking and selling cookies.  "The Batch" is located in Lisa's kitchen in Springfield, IL. 

"The Batch" has raised over $50,000 in the past year and a half. The money that is raised goes to help various ministries and missions around the world.

Lisa takes orders for cookies and donates the profits to a different ministry each month. Lisa makes the following different types of cookies: chocolate chip, peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, and M & M's.
